Buddies
Friendship doesn't discriminate because of size. One of our Hunt Terrier puppies, Ernie, was purchased by Sandy Trumm and her family. Part of the family is Oz, the Rottweiller pictured in the photo. Oz and Ernie (now named Milo) have become fast friends in the short amount of time they've been together. Even though they look alike and are marked alike, Milo will only mature to about 10". However, as we all know, these little dogs are big at heart! |

Beautiful Montana Wedding
It was a lovely day in Montana for Robin's wedding to Mick on October 15. She was an exquisite looking bride and he was most handsome also. The day was bright and sunny, albeit a little cool. We are so happy to welcome Mick to the family. |
 |
We had a "Buckle Bunny Bridal Shower" for my daughter Robin. Many came to the party, including a couple of party crashers - Buttons and Winnie - looking for a good time (and a few treats!).

Winnie crashes the party while Robin adds to her shoe fund!

Winnie has her eye on Jill's lunch (right).
Buttons had such a good time that she wore herself out! The party was a great success!

Mandy
We fell in love with Dolly x Dr. Pepper's puppies so much that we decided to keep one for ourselves! This is Mandy, the female pup that we kept.

The Chocolate Lab puppies were very popular! Congratulations to the happy new owners of these puppies. Pictured below left is Deb and Mocha, while Kristine is shown below right with her three boys.
Jack Has A Career
One of the chocolate lab puppies, Jack, has a new owner who can take him with her to work. Since he has a new job, Patience created a resume for him outlining his numerous skills and attributes. Check out his background here!

Summer Fun
Since most of the major horse shows in the area have been postponed due to the EHV-1 outbreak, Dan and Eli are making the most of the extra time and are practicing their pirate skills. Let the Summer fun begin in earnest! |

Spring Get Away!
Since she had been working so hard on the ranch, we sent our assistant, Lilly, on a much needed vacation. She is enjoying the fun in the sun! |

Workin' Hard At Home
While Lilly is on vacation, Eli is helping Grandpa Todd with all the chores around the ranch. They are being helped by their invaluable assistants Chloe and Woody. |
KCR Staff
Nikki is really our indispensable helper. She assists with all of the animals on the ranch. She loves animals and plans to attend Bel-Rea Institute soon to get her vet tech degree. She's pictured with Natalie. |

Trainers Extraordinaire
Jim and Jill Cook do a wonderful job with all of our horses and patiently training me as well. They are taking a well-deserved lunch break here. |
Busy,
Here is Natalie, our fierce guard dog, taking a quick break from her duties. |

Friends
Jeanne and Casper share some time together over a snack. Looks like Casper is wondering if that "green stuff" is any good to eat. |

Busy, Busy Summer!
We have had a busy summer showing horses, breeding both dogs and pigs, and visiting family. Since we needed help to keep up, we hired a new office assistant. Doesn't our granddaughter Lilly look like she'll be wonderful help? |

Our Loss
We are deeply saddened by the sudden and unexpected loss of our original foundation-stock Russell Terrier, Luna. Too deep for words to express and true to the slogan "there's only one Luna", she was utterly unique and totally unreplaceable. We will miss her forever! |
Transitions
Several of our dogs have been retired from breeding. Hairy, Reba, Snickers, Jill and Crackers are now enjoying individual attention in their new loving homes. We are also pleased to announce that we are planning to breed our two Hunt Terriers, Whiskey and Kahlua, early next year. We are really looking forward to their litter! Check them out at the Boys and Girls pages.

A Remedy For Sue
This lovely bay filly was born on March 28, 2010. Her sire is Mister Smart Remedy and her dam is Tsumani Lena, our wonderful mare who was such a fabulous show horse. We are very excited about the future for this lovely filly. |
